Eclipse

2017 Breeding Season Update - This group performed very well in 2016 and we expect the same in 2016. size has been real good with some of the largest geckos produced in this group. We are producing some Eclipse with some body markings that have been very nice and plan to do the same for 2017. We also plan to produce several Eclipse X Emerine Cross's as we did this year with good results. Look for these on the Designer page.

In 2012 we announced that we would be offering the Eclipse morph. Most of the original breeders were Blue Spot Eclipse, that display a Blue Spot on their heads and tend to have a bright orange/tangerine body color. Thats not ot say all of our hatchlings will display this trait. All of the breeders used in this group were purchased directly from Ron Tremper over several prior seasons.

We will be primarily offering Eclipse's in Super Giant size with a few Giants.

Our offering will include mostly Tangerine colored Eclipse's that will either have a paternless body or a spotted body with the typical Carrot Tail and spots against a white background.

Please contact me if you have any questions or have an interest in a perticular gecko.

Update: We currently have many hatchlings, Sub-adults and Adults available for sale. Will post Eclipse's available for sale and post updates on the Home page. you can also follow us on Twitter, we are Ember Gecko.

Our Eclipse all feature Ron’s famous Blue spots Genetics!  All of our original breeders we used to create this group were acquired from Ron Tremper.  The breeding group for the most part are all  Super Giants and Giants.   Super Giant to Giant = 50% Super Giants, and 50%  Giants .  Note most of our Eclipse will grow out to Giants and Super Giants  assuming they are fed correctly and provided the correct vitamin supplements during the main growth phase of the first 12 to 18 months.

Breeding:  Breeding Eclipse to Eclipse will give you 50% Eclipse and 50% Raptors. Most of the raptors will be totally patternless. Or you can breed to any other Raptor or Raptor het to produce more raptors. Eclipse tend to produce Patternless Raptors, so best used to enhance this trait. To produce blue Spot Eclipse you must breed only with blue Spot Eclipse!

Special Marks:  Comments:  She will make a fine addition to any collection/breeding program you may be working on. Our Eclipse are fine examples of their Morph type.  Embergecko.com is one of a very few breeders to produce the Eclipse with the blue Spot Genetics!
