2017 Breeding Season Update - This program went very well in 2016 with good size growth and quantity produced. We have made some adjustments for 2017 by adding some more very bright females to the mix to further increase color. Note we are breeding several males in the 145 grams size here. So some big size in expected. Color has steadily gotten brighter and we expect more improvement in 2017.

The Solar Flare project has been a success and we plan to offer about 80 of these in 2017. Super Giant Sunglow, Best brightest examples X Extreme Emerine. Watch this one.

Most of our Breeder Sunglows are Super Giants. On the right is "007", one of our Super Giant Sunglow males. He weighs 119 grams when he was only 14 months old and gainedweight monthly. He has a very nice pattern on his head and a unbelievable bright orange tail as you can see in the background picture. Several of our males in this group are in the 140 gram range currently.

Our main goal with our Sunglow Program is to produce a nice group of Giant and Super Giants with fantastic color. We have some fantastic Morphs we are working on this season. We do have available Sunglow Leopard Geckos for sale.

Sunglow Morphs we hope to have for 2017:

    • Super Giant and Giant Sunglow leopard geckos - Super Giant and Giants
    • Sunglow RAPTOR leopard geckos, Giant and Super Giants
    • Solar Flare - Extreme Emerine X Super Giant Sunglow - line bred 3 seasons for brightest results.

Solar Flare - Giant - 50% chance of Super Giant

Hatch Date:
Age as of today:
10 months, 19 days
Low Probability of Raptor due to Extreme Emerine cross.

Size: 48 Grams as of 03/02/19. she has to weigh 60 grams within the first 12 months of growth to be considered a Giant. Possible Super Giant!

Color:The brightest Sunglow we have ever produced. Hatchlings display the typical banded traits of a normal sunglow, while juveniles and adults grow out totally patternless and bright Orange in color. Tail is a brighter Tangerine color. Eyes tend to show a brighter tangerine around the eyelids and the eyes themselves are Silver Albino with Red Veining. The eyes appear to be an orange color due to the reflection of the eyelids.

Genetics: Based on 100% Tremper Bloodlines. Sunglow to Extreme Emerine and line bred over several seasons. All of our original breeders we used to create this group were acquired from Ron Tremper. The breeding group for the most part are all Super Giants and Giants. Super Giant to Giant = 50% Super Giants, and 50% Giants . Note most of our Solar Flares will grow out to Giants and Super Giants assuming they are fed correctly and provided the correct vitamin supplements during the main growth phase of the first 12 to 18 months.

Breeding: Best to breed Solar Flares to Solar Flares to produce Solar Flares. Another good match would be to breed to the brightest of Sunglows or Extreme Emerines. OR use one of our XTreme Raptors to produce an amazing new brighter Raptor. Projects anyone?

Special Marks: Orange Eyelids with Red Veined Albino Eyes!

Comments: He/She will make a fine addition to any collection/breeding program you may be working on. Our Solar Flares are fine examples of their Morph type. Rare Valuable Morph type! Exclusive to!
